No matter who you are or where you live you will experience loss, grief, aging (if you are lucky) and we all have a container (our bodies). Together along with you and special guests we will explore, support, and learn from each other! I will be drawing from a unique blend of academic expertise, personal experiences, and evidence-based research and practices that explore the depths of what it means to be human, delving into topics that impact our lives profoundly.
