We speak with Dr. Reuben Shipway, a Research (Centre for Enzyme Innovation) and Teaching Fellow (Marine Biology) at the University of Portsmouth, and Adjunct Assistant Research Professor (Microbiology Department) at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, USA.
