Sl: Ob polnoči, se nad Blejskim jezerom pojavi čudna svetloba.
En: At midnight, a strange light appears over Lake Bled.

Sl: Krajanov in turistov ni več zanimalo samo lepo jezero, temveč tudi skrivnostna svetloba.
En: The locals and tourists were no longer just interested in the beautiful lake, but also in the mysterious light.

Sl: Vsako noč je enako – ob polnoči se lep mir razbije s sijočo svetlobo.
En: Every night it was the same – at midnight, the peaceful quiet was shattered by a radiant light.

Sl: Matej, Ana in Špela so neko noč odločili razvozlati skrivnost.
En: One night, Matej, Ana, and Špela decided to unravel the mystery.

Sl: Zbrali so se pri jezeru in čakali.
En: They gathered at the lake and waited.

Sl: "Kaj misliš, kaj je ta svetloba?
En: "What do you think this light is?"

Sl: " je vprašala Ana.
En: Ana asked.

Sl: Matej je odvrnil: "Ne vem, a želim to izvedeti.
En: Matej replied, "I don't know, but I want to find out."

Sl: "Ob polnoči se je svetloba pojavila.
En: At midnight the light appeared.

Sl: Bila je močna in sijoča.
En: It was strong and glowing.

Sl: Trije prijatelji so bili začudeni.
En: The three friends were astonished.

Sl: Matej je predlagal: "Pojdimo bližje.
En: Matej suggested, "Let's get closer."

Sl: " Počasi so se približali vodi.
En: Slowly, they approached the water.

Sl: Svetloba je bila tako močna, da so komaj videli okolico.
En: The light was so intense that they could barely see their surroundings.

Sl: Nenadoma je Ana opazila nekaj nenavadnega.
En: Suddenly, Ana noticed something unusual.

Sl: "Poglej tam!
En: "Look there!"

Sl: " je zaklicala in pokazala proti sredini jezera.
En: she shouted, pointing towards the middle of the lake.

Sl: Svetloba je prihajala iz nedrjev jezera.
En: The light was coming from the depths of the lake.

Sl: Špela je premagala svoj strah in rekla: "Moramo iti tja.
En: Špela overcame her fear and said, "We have to go there.

Sl: Moramo izvedeti.
En: We have to find out."

Sl: " Matej in Ana sta se strinjala.
En: Matej and Ana agreed.

Sl: Vzeli so čoln in veslali proti svetlobi.
En: They took a boat and rowed towards the light.

Sl: S približevanjem so opazili staro vrvico, ki sega globoko v jezero.
En: As they got closer, they noticed an old rope extending deep into the lake.

Sl: Matej je prijel vrv in potegnil.
En: Matej grabbed the rope and pulled.

Sl: Počasi se je iz globine pojavila velika, starodavna skrinja.
En: Slowly, a large, ancient chest emerged from the depths.

Sl: Ko so odprli skrinjo, so notri našli dragocen prstan in pisanje.
En: When they opened the chest, they found a precious ring and a note.

Sl: Pisanje je bilo v stari slovenščini.
En: The note was written in old Slovenian.

Sl: Piše: "Ta prstan pripada varuhu jezera, čuvaju miru in svetlobi.
En: It read: "This ring belongs to the guardian of the lake, the keeper of peace and the light."

Sl: "Spoznali so, da je skrinja s prstanom razlog skrivnostne svetlobe.
En: They realized that the chest with the ring was the source of the mysterious light.

Sl: Vsako noč, prstan sveti in varuje jezero.
En: Every night, the ring shines and protects the lake.

Sl: Matej je rekel: "To pripada tukajšnji zgodovini.
En: Matej said, "This belongs to the local history.

Sl: Moramo to spoštovati.
En: We must respect it."

Sl: "Od takrat naprej so Matej, Ana in Špela obdržali skrivnost.
En: From then on, Matej, Ana, and Špela kept the secret.

Sl: Svetloba je še naprej razsvetljevala Blejsko jezero, zdaj pa je tudi s prijetno vednostjo, da varuje nekaj dragocenega.
En: The light continued to illuminate Lake Bled, but now with the comforting knowledge that it was protecting something precious.

Sl: In tako, je svetloba ob polnoči ohranila svoj čar in svoje varuhe.
En: And so, the light at midnight maintained its charm and its guardians.

Sl: Krajani in turisti so si še naprej ogledovali svetlobo, nezavedajoč se skrivnosti, ki jo skrivajo globine Blejskega jezera.
