The Bryan Kohberger trial was bound to be delayed from the very moment the aggressive scheduling of the proceedings was released by the court. Considering the vast amount of evidence that has been presented in the case, it was obvious that there would be a delay.
After setting a very aggressive schedule at the last hearing, it wasn't long before the motion to delay the trial hit the docket.
