There are some things you can do now before coming in for an appointment at the Hotze Health & Wellness Center, like cleaning up your eating lifestyle: Anything in a package, box or simple sugars, carbohydrates – just eliminate them. No need for sugar highs, sugar lows and gained weight. Eat a lot of greens, of course, with a meat, 6 to 8 ounces is just enough. This is a paleo eating program, which is completely different than what the FDA suggests.
