Friend or Foe?! We dive deeper into Tommy Oliver's motivation for "betraying" his Ranger buddies, while the Turtles are getting closer in relationship with the Power Rangers. How thought? How do the TMNT know the MMPR? I guess this willl be explored in a later issue, but for now, be content with the fact that no one knows how they crossed over, and The Shredder is gonna shred whatever's in his way.
