Take some time with me and spend it practicing being mindful, bringing a sense of calm and gratitude into your day and practicing 'being'. Use these episodes to support you in starting and ending your day with a some mindfulness and relaxation.

These are very much go with the flow, relaxed episodes that allows the listener to feel a sense of spaciousness in both mind, body and spirit. How often do we give ourselves these moments? I know for me I find this a challenge because we are busy people!

So I'd like to share these moments with you so we can go on a bit of a journey together of creating some breathing space for the benefit of our mental health and well-being.
