I have been surrounded by meditation and spirituality since the age of 6, following the guidance of an extremely advanced teacher. In my early 20s, I raced Ironman triathlon and competed for Great Britain in triathlon & duathlon at age-group level. I have climbed mountains all over the world, completed swim marathons and ran ultra marathons.
