Tonight, those easterly winds will continue at 10 to 15 knots with gusts up to 20 knots, and seas maintaining at 2 to 4 feet.

Now, looking ahead to your Friday. Be prepared for a shift as easterly winds pick up along the coast to 20 to 25 knots, with even stronger gusts in the Gulf Stream. This could bring seas up to 6 feet high at times, so boaters, be cautious out there.

As we head into the weekend, conditions might get a bit rougher with winds increasing up to 30 knots and seas rising to 9 feet in some areas. So, make sure to secure your deck chairs and prepare for a bumpy ride if you're hitting the waters.
