After a little bit of a break to organize my life, we are back & talking about Mentorship! Studies support the idea that mentorship can impact your trajectory (personal and professional) through life. Having had some great mentors and seeing the result of my mentorship in others, I share a few reasons why I think Mentorship is vital. I also update you on some projects I am working on and encourage you to get involved (both as a mentor and mentee)!
