It's a holiday week and there have been a lot of big bang fireworks. It has been going on for days and it has us thinking about create and destroy. The satisfaction you get when you see those big beautiful fireworks go boom is amazing.
The universe creates and destroys around us all the time.
A great example is the seasons. Spring creates new, summer grows, fall harvest, and winter hibernation. All to start over the next spring.

The meditative exercise of Create and Destroy roses is a way to move energy. You can imagine creating a rose and then making it disappear. That simple mental exercise is an incredibly powerful tool to help you redirect your focus while empowering you as well.
