James "Magnet" Parsons stops by the studio on the cusp of his NOBO PCT thru hike to chat with Doc.  A landscape photographer who initially didn't understand the appeal of hiking, Magnet talks about his transformation from reluctant hiker to section hiker to aspiring thru hiker.  Along the way, they discuss gear, the definition of LASH, dogs, trail angels, and the dark side of hiking your own hike.
