It's on! The challenge of keeping off those unwanted pounds and layers is among us. The dreaded holiday blitz! Office parties, Halloween parties, Thanksgiving, Christmas and all the other wonderful holidays we enjoy are here. I get the same question every year, just with different concerns attached. This year it was, should I lose or maintain my progress as the Holidays begin? The answers are quite similar but at different levels of concern depending on where you are in your fitness journey.
