I wanna talk about living in our sweet spot. I'm more and more in tune with this the older I get, because I know my time is limited. Really. We should all live like that. We should all live like we have limited time because we do. If I spend time doing things I'm really not good at, and God did not design me to do, I can miss out on doing the things I need to be doing. I see that in my business. I know there are certain things in my business that I do not do. I don't even attempt to touch them. I think sometimes in life I try to do some things that really aren't mine to do.

You have to learn as a leader that just because you are in charge of the whole operation, doesn't mean you do the whole operation. You're in charge of the outcome, but you don't do it. You are wise enough to get other people to do what you're not good at. I think I'm pretty good at that. I'm pretty good at recognizing what I don't do well. Something I'm working on right now is( with this limited time God has given me) I want to really focus my next 20 years on doing those things that fit into my value system, that fit into what I'm uniquely put here to do and how God has designed me to be.
