The Living Full Out Show with Nancy Solari wants to guide you in managing the strong emotions and feelings you experience when loss enters your life. Maybe you have lost a loved one and it hurts or perhaps you remember a time before now when everything felt so much less difficult, and you are mourning the loss of the past. You are unable to control everything that happens to you, and loss is a recurring cycle. However you can remember your inner strength and use it to live a full life.

Our first caller, Carole, asks Nancy how to retain a strong relationship with her grandchildren who live in another state. Hear Nancy stress the importance of embracing little moments that Carole can share with her grandkids. It could be as simple as reminding them of a special movie moment that they loved and have watched together. Or it can be as simple as reflecting on a happy memory


Our second caller, Andrew, feels overwhelmed with school and work, and feeling pressure to balance both. Nancy reminds Andrew that it is so easy to over extend oneself to the point of burnout. Nancy tells Andrew to take a moment, look in the mirror, and cheer himself on. By pushing himself past expectations, Andrew can tell himself, that he is doing the best he can. This affirmation will aid him in channeling his confidence.

Our inspirational guest Amy Bioncholli, shares her experience of loss. Her father attempted suicide when she was younger, and as her life moved forward her sister and husband took their own lives. Amy is a survivor who tells that the ability to lighten the mode and break the cycle of negative energy is an important element in getting through such heart-breaking times. Listen to Amy tell Nancy how to quiet those negative voices of guilt. Tune in to hear how Amy used music to in moving forward through the unknown.

Our final caller, Zahir, asks Nancy how to best manage a long distance relationship with the woman he loves.. Nancy tells Zahir to schedule particular moments in the day with a calendar, so that he can spend quality phone time with his girlfriend. Nancy recommends diversifying how he tells his partner he appreciates and cares for her.

We understand that loss is going to enter our lives at some point or another. It is inevitable, but you can release yourself from getting stuck in a negative cycle of guilt by appreciating the present with gratitude. You will grieve, but, after that process, its time to continue, because you have the strength and power to live full out.
