Story Transcript:

Sr: Праштавали су ветри преко града, носећи звуке ноћи у ушима сакупљача прича.
En: The winds were whispering through the city, carrying the sounds of the night in the ears of the storytellers.

Sr: Са угла једне уснуле улице, откривале су се баклје огња и смех из кафане "Кај мајка Ана".
En: From the corner of a quiet street, the flames of torches and laughter emanated from the tavern "Mother Ana".

Sr: То је била место сусрета за Јована, Милицу и Николу, три пријатеља жељна истина и ракије.
En: It was a meeting place for Jovan, Milica, and Nikola, three friends hungry for truth and rakija.

Sr: Током стогодишњег сусрета, Јован и Никола су наручивали ракију, као нафту за своје душе.
En: Throughout the hundred-year-old encounter, Jovan and Nikola ordered rakija, as if it were oil for their souls.

Sr: Она, дар сракица, као ручни рад мајкана умирача, огњеметиле су њихове језике и исцрпљивале барабане ушног доба.
En: It, the gift of distillation, like the handcrafted work of grieving widows, set fire to their tongues and exhausted the drums of their inner ears.

Sr: Седела је Милица, на фенеру осветљена, посматрајући препуштањем збуњености својих добрих пријатеља, губећи се у ракији.
En: Milica sat illuminated by a lantern, watching her dear friends surrender to confusion, losing themselves in rakija.

Sr: И одједном је свирку прекинуо општи весељак - традиционални караоке.
En: And suddenly, the general merrymaker interrupted with a traditional karaoke.

Sr: Тада је на сцену испрдиле душе, пламените од ракије, Јован и Никола.
En: That's when Jovan and Nikola, spirits ignited by rakija, took the stage.

Sr: Опијени позивом, заборавили су сребрнине заборава и отпочели певати народне песме, тако срдачно и страсно, чинећи комичне плесне покрете који су разбијали смех публике у немилосрдне делове.
En: Intoxicated by the invitation, they forgot their silver strands of forgetfulness and started singing folk songs, with such warmth and passion, performing hilarious dance moves that shattered the laughter of the merciless audience into countless pieces.

Sr: Милица је врчкала от смеха, својим одећама и клекавила, немоћна да се одупре њиховој наивности.
En: Milica was brimming with laughter, clutching her clothes and doubling over, powerless against their naivety.

Sr: Али комичан однос не би био потпун без њеног доприноса.
En: But the comical affair wouldn't be complete without her contribution.

Sr: Придружила им се, певајући слатко и несретно, покажући им како се заиста оцрта српска кафана.
En: She joined them, singing sweetly and wistfully, showing them the true spirit of the Serbian tavern.

Sr: Као светлоснебрског фијаска, ова тројка је доказала да је смех заиста најбољи лек.
En: Like flickering flambeaus, this trio proved that laughter is indeed the best medicine.

Sr: Борба је решена, а централни сукоб приче је завршен, умањивањем ракије и звукова микрофона.
En: The battle was resolved, and the central conflict of the story concluded, diminishing the presence of rakija and the sounds of the microphone.

Sr: Бука се смањивала, смех је још увек био присутан, а тројка је сејала њихову срећу у ветру, ширећи је свуда по граду.
En: The noise subsided, laughter still present, and the trio scattered their happiness in the wind, spreading it throughout the city.

Sr: Нигде не би могли пронаћи боље приче о кафани а него "Кај мајка Ана", где се ракија тоцила, песма певала и дружење славило у својој најсвежијој форми.

Sr: И док су се бакље гасиле, звуци су почели да настављају да плутају као илизиони ветрови, приповедајући причу о једној незаборавној ноћи, пуне радости и музике.
En: And as the torches extinguished, the sounds continued to drift like ethereal winds, narrating a tale of an unforgettable night, filled with joy and music.
