Our very special guest in today's episode is Sarah Quintin from Dieppe New Brunswick. Right away we find out that Sarah is very active and does many different activities to keep in shape and keep on moving. We talk about the balance of time and now Sarah is a new grandmother and how she keeps everything in check. This is a big issue for many of our guests on our podcast so it's always good to hear how they keep this balanced. Sarah tells us now she works at Mike's Bike Shop and how much she enjoys her time there. Sarah loves cycling and she uses that as a form of crosstraining, she explains what cyclocross is and why it's popular all over the province and the country. We talk a little bit about distracted drivers and how it was safer back in the day partly because there were fewer drivers on the road. Sarah has met so many passionate cyclists while working at Mike's that it really inspires her to keep on trucking. Triathlons are something Sarah loves and she plans on doing 3 of our local ones, always looking to improve on her times and see progress, fantastic. Sarah tells us a story about when she was 14 and went to a 1-week tennis camp. She realized that she needed to improve on her running to get better at most other sports. We talk about Sarah's cousin Neil and how much he influenced her. Neil was doing Triathlons and ironman's long before they became really popular.
