Within this meditation, I’ll guide you to release whatever is no longer serving you as well as anything in the way of you truly loving and caring for yourself. Next, with the help of the New Moon, I’ll guide you to plant your seeds of manifestation for the next lunar cycle or your next chapter in life.

There is a strong self-love energy around this new moon and if you like to meditate with crystals, rose quartz would be a lovely stone to amplify the July New Moon energies.

We have an opportunity to plant our seeds of manifestation that incorporates our higher sense of self- love and self- care. A time to remember to fill your cup first! You simply cannot hold space for others if you’re not holding space for yourself first. 🙏🏼
