JUDGE BLOCKS BIDEN'S VAX MANDATE FOR HEALTHCARE WORKERS NATION-WIDE

A federal judge in Louisiana issued a nationwide preliminary injunction yesterday, forcing Biden to halt his covid vaccine mandate for healthcare workers across the country.

Back up: The Biden regime issued its vaccine mandate on November 4 for all healthcare workers who are full-time, part-time, volunteer, and contract employees working at a healthcare facility receiving Medicaid or Medicaid funding.

How it was stopped: Louisiana's Attorney General Jeff Landry, along with AG's from 13 additional states across the country, argued that Biden does not have the constitutional authority to issue mandates.

Judge Terry Doughty agreed with the Attorney Generals, saying:
"If the executive branch is allowed to usurp the power of the legislative branch to make laws, two of the three powers conferred by our Constitution would be in the same hands. If human nature and history teach anything, it is that civil liberties face grave risks when governments proclaim indefinite states of emergency. During a pandemic such as this one, it is even more important to safeguard the separation of powers set forth in our Constitution to avoid erosion of our liberties."

What happens next: If Biden appeals the Judge's decision, it will be taken up by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans, which earlier this month already blocked Biden's vaccine mandate on businesses with more than 100 workers. So Biden is cornered by good judges.

By the way - Donald Trump is the one who nominated Judge Terry Doughty, back in 2017.
