There's something about the land down under. I've heard so many outrageously talented bands come from the continent of Australia and Sugar Spine is no exception.
Sugar Spine, better known by his given name, Josh Muncke, is a pure and ambitiously talented man. He's also one of the nicest, most humble people I've ever met.
The new Sugar Spine album, Mirror Talk, is 100% all in. It's a mindblow of furious intent, millions or notes, impossibly syncopated grooves, and themes revolving around anger and failed resolution. It's a great work and I couldn't wait to talk about the record.... and talk we did.
