Jimmy Rex is the founder of We Are The They, a men's group with the purpose of "creating the best version of yourself through community, accountability and vulnerability."
Jimmy is also the author of a new book entitled, "Be One" How to be a Good Man in Toxic Times – the title comes from the quote by Marcus Aurelius, "Waste no more time arguing about what a good man should be, be one."
