The Holiday Season left Ian full of whole lot of Joy and whole lot of FAT. Turns out, eating like an A-hole for a month has a negative effect on your body. He tried eating right and exercising for a month without any significant changes to his body. He knew he needed to kick it into high gear in order to get his body ready for the Rhode Island summer. He decided to try intermittent fasting after learning about it from YouTube nutrition expert Thomas DeLauer (that sounds like a witch doctor).

Not only did it work, but in two months Ian has come back down to his normal weight and feels great! It didn’t require any changes to his diet, only changes to his eating schedule. Listen along to learn about intermittent fasting and whether it is right for you.

Please follow the show for future interviews like this one. Also, share with your friends and family so they can enjoy too. We would love to hear your comments below. Thanks for listening. We really appreciate it!
