In this episode Mark Brown interviews world class sprint coach Will Collins, who goes by Fast University on all social media platforms (@fastuniversity). Coach Will explains his journey transitioning from a professional track runner to an professional track coach. He started his own track training program in the late 2000s - early 2010s called "Prototype" until he eventually renamed it to "Fast University". His training program become a huge success where he trains the best middle schoolers all the way to professional sprinters. He plans on going further with his program. As of now it already has national attention.
