I really enjoyed this episode, the sex industry is a big taboo in society - often brushed under the carpet for understandable reasons but too much of it is taken for granted. It is good to be able to talk about these parts of society, especially with those who are or have been involved in it firsthand. If we work towards abolishing the sex industry, learning to hijack the prejudice that comes with that territory and working to support the well-being of the sex workers instead must be the first step. To do this, we have to learn to have more conversations like the one on this episode which I found very insightful and nourishing to the mind. For example, I didn't know that people choose to stay in this industry because it offers a better salary than a conventional job does, that blew my mind!
