There’s a strange kind of freedom in being in between chapters. I’m grateful for the life I have, yet I can feel myself anticipating what’s next- especially when it comes to intimacy, romance, and sex. I want more, but I don’t want more at the cost of myself.

For a while, it can be tempting to fill the space with something: a one-night stand for the physical connection, or a relationship for the emotional one. But what happens when neither option actually feels aligned?

In this episode, I explore what it means to sit in the uncertainty without rushing to resolve it. I don’t want to sacrifice my peace, my autonomy, or the person I’ve become just to say I have someone. And I’m realizing that choosing myself doesn’t mean I’ve given up on intimacy- it means I’m no longer willing to chase it.
