Improvisation can be an everyday singing practice. We begin by sounding through our bodies, noticing and allowing. It all happens when we follow our guide: an inner Voice Muze (or muse) who is always waiting to play, and open to the flow of expressive energy moving through us moment-to-moment. Voice Muze is a growing collection of sounding ideas and is part of the Voiceweaving practice.

Very nice! Got me singing immediately. It was easy and fun turning a bit of a rhythmic hum into something I found myself dancing to.
