Knowing how to share, speak and listen is so important these days with so many differences in beliefs, feelings and thoughts. Training ourselves to know when, how and who to be open and honest with supports us in responding wisely. There are also practices to apply in listening and hearing others without judgement so that others are able to express themselves in a safe environment. Differences are beneficial and taking the time to hear deeply from ourselves as well as others creates growth.
