We've all done some sort of short-term challenge or diet or workout plan where you're working hard for 6 weeks, 8 weeks, or even a few months on a pretty big goal. Whether that's losing x amount of weight, getting ready for your wedding, competing in a show, or just staying consistent for a certain amount of time.

But what happens once you're done? Typically, you fall back into old patterns and habits and go back to the way you were before. Now most of the time, this wasn't really our goal in the first place. We wanted to lose the weight AND keep it off. Or get into a workout routine AND keep it going after the program finished.

In today's training, I'll be going over the 3 key aspects of a plan that you need in order to keep those results going long term. Yes, it's amazing to be able to accomplish something so quickly, but oftentimes what we're really looking for a results that we can keep for longer than just a few weeks or months.
