For the first time since Canada's premiere politically and socially progressive conference launched in 2014 this year's Progress Summit included a workshop exploring how podcasts can be a force for change in a time of division in a special showcase convened by the Harbinger community.

An astonishing 14 network hosts sat down for the 90 minute panel including TECH WON’T SAVE US' Paris Marx, INVISIBLE INSTITUTIONS' Megan Linton, BIG SHINY TAKES' Eric Wickham, PRESS PROGRESS SOURCES' Stephen Magusiak and Rumneek Johal, PULLBACK's Kristen Pue, PIVOT QUEBEC's Gabrielle Brassard-Lecours, THE HOSER MEDIA's Shannon Carranco and Kevin Taghabon, DARTS & LETTERS' Gordon Katic, ALBERTA ADVANTAGE's William Gillies and GREEN MAJORITY's Stefan Hostetter and Lauren Latour and moderator Andre Goulet.

Big thanks to the Broadbent Institute for the opportunity to talk about how Harbinger values like collaboration, community and social justice are leading the fight against radical right-wing voices in Canadian media and working towards a more fair and progressive Canada.
