I almost can't breathe because I'm finally crying tears I have been holding back for so long. I can empathize through my own experience with suicide loss, PTSD, grief, and all that comes along with it. Thank you for sharing your story and being real about it. You have said much of what I have felt myself but not always easy to say outloud. I commend you.
