Thanksgiving is coming up and strangely, on this beautiful day of gratitude and peace sometimes that’s the LAST thing we’re feeling! Often stuck with difficult people or long histories of discord and often, grief and loss, it’s tough to stay in a “place of gratitude.” Eye roll here…right? Today, we are going to learn a few ways to stay in a thankful place and talk about what helps. Also, we will learn the “three gates” and how they can work over the Thanksgiving holiday. Then, we will do a gratitude meditation together.
