Actress Taryn Manning recently stated in an interview that she was offered "golden juice" for fortune and fame, and that refusal of the substance could lead to aggressive harassment by the Hollywood machine. Those that do drink it, she says, noticeably change, a claim that sounds like the basis for the black pills in American Horror story, season 10. Once you step beyond the metaphor, sensationalism, and shock value, the magical world of the Hollywood Beast is filled with the offerings of ambrosia, that substance which makes you immortal but only on the illusory silver screen of the Moon - colored silver to falsely illuminate the physical world. The immortality offered is the promise of fulfilling a vain vision which the Devil feeds on like a vampire - as an eater of the spiritually dead, and their hopes and dreams.
