When is the last time you stopped and celebrated your victories and goal achievement? Did you "blow right past" achieving your last goal and immediately set a new one?

Who you become when you set a goal is truly where your brain shines. It is the moment that you get to experience some incredible emotions of what is possible. It is that "feeling" that may cause us to ignore celebrating our wins and move onto setting a new goal.

If you have heard of "destination addiction" this is a similar concept. Destination addition is "when I make my first million, I'll be happy" or "when I buy the new house, I'll be excited" or "when I get the new Mercedes, I'll really love driving to my appointments". We rob ourselves of the journey and put all our attention and hope in the destination. YET, when we get there, our brains want another hit of dopamine and we immediately set another goal and move forward to repeat the cycle all over again.

There is a better way and I want to show you the path to enjoying the journey and having fun along the way. Ultimately, keeping you motivated and your momentum toward your big goals.
