@Yash Quraah did you also know that Youtube freezing peoples views and hits. Youtube controls everything. Some people may get a million hits but youtube will make it look like you only got 100 hits but in reality you really got hundreds of thousands of hits. Youtube is really weird now a days.....

It’s great to be healthy, fit/in-shape, & have your nutrition down pat, but Yash is right! Most people workout for the wrong reasons. Having a legitimate reason for mastering your health & fitness should be to get stronger, healthier and being in peak physical condition so when the purge/race war takes place, the food trucks stop coming it, famine, plague, & martial law starts taking place worldwide, that’s what’s gonna separate the 1/3rd from the 2/3rd’s. It’s gonna show based on how everyone responds to worldwide struggle/chaos. Timing is everything!
