Isaac tells Esau to bring him venison so he may bless him before the lord before he dies. Esau leaves and Rebecca calls Jacob and tells him about her plan to steal the blessing of Esau for her son Jacob. She prepares a meal for him and clothes Jacob in Esau's clothes. He then steals the blessing and incurs the rath of his brother Esau. Rebecca then plans to send Jacob to Laban her brother for a wife and her son's safety
