Included in this podcast: recent numbers from the CDC indicate that chronic/life threatening illnesses have increased by 54% in the past 10 years, the numbers have doubled every 4 years in our children, they are 1) obesity, 2) asthma, 3) depression, 4) other, suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death in teens and #1 is drug overdoses, 4 in 10 suffer from depression, 1 in 5 have seriously considered suicide, much can be blamed on environmental toxins and poisons. Finally, Dr. Jack explains to Doug why we get shorter as we age and the causes of tinnitus in our ears.
