Often after receiving a nutrition plan, you ask me: Why bio milk? Can't it be different? No, it can't. You also ask why such and not other ingredients, and what can be substituted.
That's why today we're going to talk about what I see as the basis for eating well and taking care of myself. This is also the basis for starting to really (not apparently) work on yourself, your life or your appearance. And while it's not the easiest path, I can promise you that it is one right way.
So let's talk about what's destroying you in the kitchen and what to do to make sure it doesn't.
