The second episode in the Food. Climate. Change? will explore the ways in which farmers and the farming community are dealing with climate change – the challenges and opportunities that the road to net zero presents. Joining presenter, Aled Rhys Jones are father and daughter – Glyn Roberts and Beca Glyn - who farm at Dylasau Uchaf, a National Trust tenant farm nestled between Betws y Coed and Ysbyty Ifan in North Wales. Glyn and Beca look after their livestock in this beautiful corner of Wales and see themselves as guardians of the land. As well as being a busy farmer, Glyn Roberts is also President of the Farming Union of Wales – a position that he’s held since 2015.
