After stepping away from the podcast for a while, I’m finally back, and in this episode, I’m sharing why I disappeared in the first place. I open up about the fear, shame, embarrassment, and uncertainty I experienced while going through my divorce, and how those emotions kept me stuck, quiet, and disconnected from some of the things I genuinely love doing, including podcasting. I talk about what it looked like to navigate those emotions instead of continuing to run from them, what I learned about myself in the process, and what it took to start moving forward again. This episode isn’t about pretending the hard seasons didn’t happen, it’s about owning them, learning from them, and finding the courage to come back.
