Here’s my philosophy when it comes to hitting your goals:
As hard as you push and race towards that goal, that’s how hard you need to rest.
But as a busy mompreneur who is doing all the things right now, how realistic is it to rest?
It’s imperative to your 6-figure success.
In fact, I’d argue that rest is a growth strategy.
But sometimes rest can seem like a luxury that you just can’t afford right now. And I’m here to tell you that you can’t NOT afford to rest. Because your business, your family, and YOU deserve the best version of you possible. And that comes with rest.
So on today’s 6-Figure Mompreneur Podcast episode I’m chatting through strategies to help you actually rest, and rest really, really well.
