Story Transcript:

Cy: Oedd un diwrnod prysur iawn yng nghanol Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, pryd roedd Rhys yn teithio trwy'r pentref hynod hwn i gwrdd â'i ffrind, Elin.
En: It was a very busy day in the middle of Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, when Rhys was traveling through this extraordinary village to meet his friend, Elin.

Cy: Roedd y dref yn llawn twristiaid oherwydd bod ganddyn nhw ddiddordeb yng nghymhlethdod a hyd enw'r lle.
En: The town was full of tourists because they were interested in the complexity and the length of the place's name.

Cy: Roedd Rhys wedi gyrru am oriau ac roedd angen dianc i'r toiled yn fawr.
En: Rhys had been driving for hours and needed a break badly.

Cy: Aeth yn syth i adeilad cyhoeddus lle roedd symbolau'r dynion a'r merched ar y drysau.
En: He went straight to a public building where symbols of men and women were on the doors.

Cy: Yn anffodus, oherwydd prysurdeb a phryder am gyrraedd ar amser, roedd Rhys wedi gwneud camgymeriad ofnadwy.
En: Unfortunately, due to the rush and the worry of being on time, Rhys had made a terrible mistake.

Cy: Heb sylwi, aeth i mewn i'r toiledau merched!
En: Unnoticed, he went into the women's restrooms!

Cy: Ar ôl cau'r drws toiled, sylwodd Rhys ar ei wall.
En: After closing the restroom door, Rhys realized his mistake.

Cy: Roedd yn clywed lleisiau menywod yn siarad yn Gymraeg allan yn y parlor, a sylweddolodd na allai adael y stondin heb sylwi.
En: He could hear women's voices speaking Welsh outside, and he realized he couldn't leave the stall unnoticed.

Cy: Roedd mewn twll - neu yn hytrach, yn y toiled anghywir!
En: He was in a hole - or rather, in the wrong restroom!

Cy: Pan ddechreuodd menywod eraill ddod i mewn i'r toiled, roedd Rhys yn gorfod dal ei anadl ac aros yn dawel.
En: When other women started to come into the bathroom, Rhys had to hold his breath and stay quiet.

Cy: Yn y cyfamser, roedd Elin wedi cyrraedd y safle cwrdd ac roedd yn pendroni ble roedd Rhys.
En: Meanwhile, Elin had arrived at the meeting spot and was wondering where Rhys was.

Cy: Roedd hi'n cerdded o amgylch, yn gofyn i bobl os oeddent wedi gweld dyn tal gyda gwallt melyn.
En: She was walking around, asking people if they had seen a tall man with blonde hair.

Cy: Roedd hi'n teimlo pryder am ei ffrind.
En: She was worried about her friend.

Cy: O'r diwedd, aeth y toiled yn dawel a phenderfynodd Rhys mai hon oedd ei gyfle i ddianc.
En: Finally, the restroom became quiet and Rhys decided that this was his chance to escape.

Cy: Wrth agor y drws yn ofalus, fe groesodd ei fysedd nad oedd unrhyw un yn sylwi arno.
En: Carefully opening the door, he crossed his fingers that no one would notice him.

Cy: Sut gallai egluro'r sefyllfa hon pe byddai rhywun yn ei weld?
En: How could he explain this situation if someone saw him?

Cy: Ar ei ffordd allan, dyma Elin yn dod i mewn i'r ystafell ymolchi.
En: On his way out, here comes Elin entering the restroom.

Cy: Roedd Rhys wedi petruso, ond dyma Elin yn chwerthin yn uchel a ddywedodd, "Rhys, wyt ti iawn?
En: Rhys was embarrassed, but Elin laughed out loud and said, "Rhys, are you okay?

Cy: Beth wyt ti'n ei wneud yma?
En: What are you doing here?"

Cy: " Roedd Rhys wedi cochio'n lân ond gydag awgrym o wên, esboniodd ei gamgymeriad doniol Elin.
En: Rhys was blushing but with a hint of a smile, he explained his funny mistake to Elin.

Cy: Roedd Elin yn helpu Rhys i ddianc allan o'r toiled heb dynnu sylw pellach.
En: Elin helped Rhys to get out of the restroom without drawing any further attention.

Cy: Roedden nhw'n rhannu gelwydd am y digwyddiad, gan wneud iddo droi o fod yn argyfwng i fod yn atgof difyr.
En: They shared a laugh about the incident, turning it from a crisis into a funny memory.

Cy: Yn y diwedd, roedd Rhys yn diolchgar i Elin am ei help a hi’n falch o fod yno i achub rhwng y cywilydd a'r chwerthin.
En: In the end, Rhys was grateful to Elin for her help and she was glad to be there to save him from the embarrassment and the laughter.

Cy: Wrth i Rhys a Elin gerdded i ffwrdd o'r toiledau, roedden nhw'n gwenu gyda'i gilydd ac yn sylweddoli bod hyd yn oed mewn sefyllfaoedd embaras, gall cyfeillgarwch go iawn olygu mwy na dim.
En: As Rhys and Elin walked away from the restrooms, they smiled at each other and realized that even in embarrassing situations, true friendship can mean more than anything else.

Cy: Ac felly, wrth i'r haul fachlud dros Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, roedd y ddau yn barod am antur nesaf yn y pentref gyda'r enw hiraf yng Nghymru – a phosib y byd.
En: And so, as the sun set over Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, the two were ready for their next adventure in the village with the longest name in Wales – and possibly the world.
