I don’t like saying I quit my job. I resigned my position at the hospital inpatient pharmacy, yes, but I don’t like saying I quit it. I prefer to say I chose to do something else with my career. Although, that doesn’t feel entirely authentic either. Because I didn’t just decide to make this change, God told me to do it.

In this week’s episode, I share with you my own story, but more than that, I encourage you that you can hear from God too. That you can step out in faith too.

Here are some of the takeaways:
-Are you a fan or Jesus? Or are you a follower?
-We as Christians need to be DIFFERENT from the world around us
-What would Jesus do? -> But really, what would He do?
-It was so important to read and pray with Scripture
-If you want to hear from God, you need to be where He is speaking -> you need to be immersed in the word of God
-The main way God speaks to us is through thoughts. And then when you hear a thought from God, you need to take action!
-“Doing what He asks is always possible with His strength. If you’re postponing obedience, know this: You’re heading into a storm.” - Prevail devotional (Susie Larson)
-John 14:13-14 “I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If in my name you ask for ANYTHING, I will do it.”
-“When we dabble on the shoreline of His purposes, we’ll never experience the power of His provision. The river of God runs wild; it’s strong and powerful. And when we jump in, we’re strong and powerful, and He takes us on a wild ride. If you’re postponing obedience for self-preserving reasons, don’t waste another day.” - Prevail devotional (Susie Larson)
-God CAN and WILL speak to you! He WANTS to speak to you. He wants to have a relationship with you, if you will let Him in.
-Mark 9:24 “I believe; help my unbelief!”
-“I don’t know how you make a way, but I know you will.” - “Know You Will” by Hillsong United
