When you are in a state of fear, stress, anxiety, overwhelm, anger, frustration or worry doesn’t allow you to use your creative mind.

You need to do something to shift that mindset. I love the power movement and play...

the flow of dance, exercise, sports, activity, the movement of breath and connecting in nature all can help shift your mindset out of those states into a happy calm state.

When you are in that state of flow your creative juices and happy hormones put you in a better state so you can take inspired and positive action to be the best you so you can create and have the life you want and desire! ☺️
