In this episode, I am sharing my top tips to stay Connected & Confident at Christmas. It's the most wonderful time of the year, and the festive season of 2022 is well and truly upon us!

This year, many of us can socialise, attend parties and gatherings, and share festive cheer. But this time of year is not always easy. The message of ‘commercial Christmas’ is all joy and sparkle, but if this season isn’t a happy time, it can be tough.

It can be hard to stay grounded and connected to yourself at this busy time of year, but it's not impossible with a few simple strategies. Remember you can choose how you show up for yourself and honour yourself in this season - balancing time to rest and reflect with turning into a wheel of cheese (or is that just me?)
