One of the major obstacles that stops us from expressing ourselves fully is the fear of what others will think, the fear of our reputation. This fear contracts us, stops us from enjoying this beautiful amazing opportunity called life. It causes us to have a suboptimal life experience.
It even becomes the reason of our self- imposed misery but we end up thinking this is how life is supposed to be. We take it for granted. Acting out of that fear, making decisions from that fear becomes normal for us. We just start sifting through life not expecting much from our experience and we start believing that’s how life is for everyone
In this podcast episode, we explore that fear, where it comes from, why it is so strong and how it affects us.
