Today we discussed how we, as humans, interpret events as it happens to us and how we react to them. We also stressed how our reactions have a spiral effect on next actions and subsequent reactions. We clearly depict the difference between reality and perception. Reality being real life activities and perception being our reactions to it and how much of control we, as humans, have over our perceptions.
