In this episode, I talk a little about what it feels like coming out of a legitimate psychotic episode, and continue authentic mental health recovery. We touch on Depression, perception vs reality and the dangerous idea that the opinions of Person A dictates the life of Person B.

This episode marks another major turning point for me and the show both (obviously). Not perfection, regrowing clarity, effort and moving forward.
