On this week episode, Alex & Alan are joined by Colin Hewitt - CEO and co-founder of Float. Colin has over a whopping 20 years of experience in the software industry! The idea for float came from Colin's previous entrepreneurial journey as the managing director of a digital agency. While managing the company, Colin realised that he needed a better way to manage cash flow and clients. Colin gives us insight into running a tech start-up, self-development, navigating workplace relationships and more!
