While we can gain SO much insight into what’s going on in the body from looking at bloodwork, I put gut assessment right up there with it, because even IF you’re eating a wonderful diet of all the right foods for you, if you can’t break those foods down and absorb them, you’re never going to get access to what you need to build your body. Health, hormones, mood, and energy all suffer. And since I recently assessed my OWN gut health and found some serious gaps, I knew now was the time to talk about it.
