We loved packing lunches for our kids mainly because we know we can control the food they have while at school. Some schools have great programs for school lunch but most are bare minimum and lack a nutritional load. Therefore preparing a lunch for your kid is a great way to make sure thy have the correct ammount of nutriernts they need to get through the day.
